The checkup gives you a plain answer before you spend anything. We look at how your accounts are set up, whether they have been reconciled, and where transactions have landed, then write it up on one page in plain English.
We are a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor practice in Larchmont, Los Angeles, focused on service businesses with small teams. We are new, so we would rather show you what we can do than tell you.

We send simple steps to add us as a reports-only user in QuickBooks Online. Not on QuickBooks Online? Three months of statements work too.
You get the report
Within 3 business days. Read it, share it with your CPA, and decide in your own time.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The report is yours whether you hire us or not. It is the quickest way for a new practice to show it knows QuickBooks: by looking at yours. We only do a few each week, so each one gets proper attention.
What kind of access do you need?
Read-only access. In QuickBooks Online we send simple steps to add us as a user who can see reports but cannot change anything. If you are not on QuickBooks Online, your last three months of bank and credit card statements work too.
Will you try to sell me something afterwards?
The report ends with what it would cost to fix what we found, as a flat fee, and what monthly bookkeeping would look like after. What you do with that is up to you. No follow-up pressure.
Is this tax advice?
No. We are bookkeepers, not tax preparers. The checkup is about whether your books are right. Anything tax related is for your CPA, and you are welcome to share the report with them.
What happens to my information after?
We use it only to write your report. If we do not end up working together, you can remove our access in one click, and we delete what you sent us.
